Engagement Terms
Use of this website or submission of contact forms does not create a client relationship. All service proposals, project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms are governed by separate engagement-specific agreements executed between Prognity and the client. Each engagement is documented through a formal Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) that defines the specific terms applicable to that relationship.
Confidentiality
Information shared with us through contact forms, consultations, or project discussions is treated as confidential. We apply enterprise-grade security practices to protect your information throughout the engagement lifecycle. For prospective clients, information shared during evaluation and scoping discussions is used solely for the purpose of understanding your needs and preparing proposals. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created during client engagements is governed by the terms of the applicable SOW or MSA. Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement: pre-existing intellectual property brought to an engagement remains the property of the contributing party, deliverables created specifically for a client engagement are assigned to the client upon full payment, and Prognity retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during engagements.
Limitation of Liability
Prognity provides services and this website on an 'as is' basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of website content, which may be updated without notice.
